After years of talking about their respective careers, experiences in business, projects and what their mutual motivations are, they came to the conclusion that they had much in common and amongst other things (sadly some would say) a real passion for data. With that in mind, they sat down and identified how they could work together to make a difference and offer a unique approach to the world of data change management programmes.
Simply put, their proposition is to reintroduce the personal touch to business data engagement and provide a refreshing approach to work with like-minded businesses, partners and associates. Their aim is to ensure businesses take data seriously, thus becoming successful in project delivery, operational and commercial activities.
Over the last 25 years, they’ve worked on an extensive range of strategic change programmes alongside clients, system integrators, software vendors and management consultancies.
Matt Stuart - Practice Director

Overview: Matt has had a 23 year career engaged in strategic change programmes operating at all levels of the organisation alongside both business teams and system integrators. His key focus is on establishing sustainable business data strategies, operating models and rules to drive value from IT investments.
Matt has worked within the healthcare, utilities, logistics, public and telecoms sector as both an interim manager and management consultant.
Mike Bayliss - Solutions Director

Overview: Mike has had a 30 year career engaged in the Information Technology industry, building a wealth of experience in SAP and IBM/Microsoft Client Server environments.
Mike has worked for a number of Multi Nationals, FMCGs, Finance and the Public Sector, including AkzoNobel, GSK, Unilever, BAT, SAB Miller and British Waterways. He has also worked alongside and for many SAP System Integration partners such as Accenture, IBM, Deloitte, Logica CMG and HCL Axon.

Spencer has a unique mix of data centric experience that embraces Data Protection & Compliance, Data Management & Governance, Operational Process Mapping, Commercial & Legal Management, Organisational Change and Project Management.
Since September 2016, Spencer has been supporting organisations with assessing their maturity with regards to compliance with the GDPR post May 2018 and guiding them to implement the necessary controls required to measure, manage and evidence data protection compliance on an ongoing basis.
