Change programmes need teams with a broad set of skills and experiences working collaboratively to deliver business change and benefits realisation. Whilst we have a methodology and set of experiences to be proud of, we recognise that we don’t have the scale or ambition to deliver wholesale business change. We’ll leave that to the larger global implementation partners. Instead, we prefer to build partnerships where we play to our strengths and recognise the strengths of others.
